Notes for guidance of entrance
1. A separate Entry Form is required for each entry. 2. The BCA will do its utmost to avoid dates and times inconvenient to candidates as specified by them in section 5, but cannot guarantee exact compliance with requests (see syllabus). 3. Please complete the entry form in legible BLOCK LETTERS, as the information requested is essential, and is also used to complete certificates, etc. 4. All entries must be sent to the BCA at least FIVE WEEKS before the examination date. Late entries, with the additional Late Entry Fee of £2.00, will be accepted up to FOUR WEEKS before the examination 5. Fees should be remitted by cheque or PO, made payable to BCA. Cash or Treasury notes should not be sent by post unless registered. The BCA does NOT accept any responsibility for the non-receipt of any Entry.
